| SECOND PRIZE TO IEVA SLEKYTE For the singularity and originality of her work. In her works the paper and the text, which are usually separate and independent (the first passive in its role as the background, the second active in its function of figure), intersect and amalgamate to become one. The writing which materializes becomes part of the support while the material which conceptualizes itself becomes text with the complicity of light. The author was thus able to obtain beautiful aesthetical results in a very simple manner. |

SECONDO PREMIO A IEVA SLEKYTE per la singolarità ed originalità del suo lavoro. Nelle sue opere il foglio ed il testo che di solito sono separati ed indipendenti, passivo il primo nel ruolo di sfondo, protagonista il secondo nella sua funzione di figura si intersecano e si amalgamano ;diventando una cosa sola. La scrittura che si materializza diventa parte del supporto mentre il materiale che si concettualizza diventa testo con la complicità della luce. L'autore è riuscito così ad ottenere, con grande economia di mezzi un effetto visivo di sicuro rilievo estetico. |
