The "BELLE LETTERE" guild aims to spread the knowledge of calligraphy and lettering with particular attention to the Latin alphabet, without precluding other forms of writing, such as artistic and professional practice and subjects of historical study and research, archives, diplomatics. and palaeographics.
The aims of the association are as follows:
To organise an annual calligraphy exhibition in association with the Fanoli School of Art in Cittadella.
To organise intensive courses with world famous experts in collaboration with the Fanoli School of Art.
To promote research and studies and collaborate with other public and private institutions with the same goals.
To promote, organise, assist and aid in the publication by paper, magnetic or electronic means, work that relates to the aims of the association.
The Torre di Malta is the place where the calligraphy courses
are being held - on the top floor where natural light filters trough the trasparent roof.
The exhibition itself will be held on the other floors
